David Fairley

President Fuel and Commodity Supplies and Sales

Prior to joining PIC Americas, Mr. Fairley served for more than 8 years as SVP, Fuel and Commodity Supply for SeaOne Holdings, LLC. He was primarily responsible for business development with customers for SeaOne’s services, coordinating with SeaOne’s customers to acquire competitive and reliable long-term natural gas and natural gas liquids supplies and associated hedging products in the U.S. marketplace, negotiating pipeline capacity delivering to SeaOne’s processing and export terminals, and other value-added arrangements for customers such as bridge fuel, equipment conversions, storage, and pipelines. His forty-five years of experience includes extensive gas, power, and LNG marketing and origination of long-term, complex structured supply & services contracts and many development projects. More recent positions, with over seven years each, include BP Energy Company, Tractebel/GDF Suez (now Engie), Enron, and others. Education is BS Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University, 1979.
