Brian Olson has over 20 years of Chief Financial Officer and senior executive level experience with two publicly-traded Nasdaq alternative energy companies and a privately-held digital advertising network company. He has raised over $500 million in public/private equity transactions (including public company spin-off and IPO) and completed 9 international acquisitions and a public company stock swap merger transaction.

Mr. Olson has gained a strong appreciation for disruptive technology and understands the importance of product development and business strategy, capital formation, and early-stage execution. His career and experience has mostly been centered on funding and commercializing innovative technology in emerging markets. He has balanced this entrepreneurial spirit with a solid business approach, recognizing the value of organizational and financial discipline.

Mr. Olson has led an IPO, worked with Venture Capital funds, raised significant capital with strategic partners and in follow-on public offerings, executed on several acquisitions, orchestrated a public company spin-off and has been part of an executive team that built a start-up into a multi-hundred million international operation. He possesses strong financial leadership skills, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Mr. Olson started his career with Ernst & Young, LLP within its Entrepreneurial Services Group performing audit, consulting, internal control and system implementation services across the United States and Europe.
